The Office of Alumni Relations is excited to invite you to a special St. Patrick’s Day celebration! This year, you and your guests will get to dine inside the famed private clubhouse with a long history—The Harvard Club of New York, followed by a march up 5th Avenue, in the Annual New York City St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
Brunch Information
Pre-parade brunch at The Harvard Club will include live Irish music performers and our featured speaker, Tania Tetlow, president of Fordham University.
This event costs $65.
THE BRUNCH IS SOLD OUT. There is no additional space and we will not be accepting any walk-ins.

Please note that registration is required for both the brunch and the parade. The brunch requires payment, and marching in the parade is free.
Parade Information
Marchers are required to abide by the official St. Patrick's Day Marching Rules and Dress Code.
Location: When you arrive at our lineup location (East 45th St between 5th & Madison Avenues), please look out for the big Fordham balloons! If you join us for brunch, we will walk over to the parade location together. If you are joining just for the parade, the location will be provided in an email a week prior to the event.
Dress Code: The dress code for the parade is comfortable business attire. All Fordham participants must wear a Fordham sash to march with Fordham University. Sashes will be distributed at both the brunch and at Fordham's lineup location. Fordham baseball caps will also be distributed. Sashes will be collected by Fordham staff at the end of the parade and re-used for future marching, but the baseball caps are yours to keep.
Parade Rules
- Green hats, beads, and other costume dress are not permitted in the Reviewing Stands.
- No animals or mascots will be permitted along the parade route or in the stands.
- There is absolutely no consumption of alcohol permitted. This is not just our rule, it’s NYC law. Additionally, people displaying public drunkenness will be removed from the parade route by the NYPD.
- Safety is our utmost concern. Please remember that all backpacks and large bags are subject to search by the NYPD.

The parade is televised live to millions of households nationwide for four hours by host station WNBC Channel Four. The broadcast is webcast live via the Internet through the parade's website at nycstpatricksparade.org and WNBC Channel Four website at wnbc.com.
Pre-registration for the parade has closed. Additional attendees are welcome to join us directly at the parade gathering location listed above.
As a reminder, the brunch is at capacity and walk-ins cannot be accepted.
