The 2017–2018 program application is now live.
Through the Fordham Mentoring Program, students and alumni engage in a minimum of 24 hours (less than an hour a week) of one-on-one mentorship over the course of the academic year.
During the fall semester, undergraduate students are carefully matched with alumni mentors based on commonalities in their personal and professional profiles.
The program is anchored by five milestone events and regular check point surveys. Beyond that, mentor-mentee pairs are free to plan the remainder of their 24 hours however best fits their respective schedules and goals.

"Mentoring Fordham students is a great way to reconnect with the University and to give back, in a tangible and personalized way. Seeing your mentees grow before your eyes is as exciting as it is rewarding. These are relationships that will last for years." —Chris Gulotta, FCLC ’82, LAW ’88, Alumni Mentor 2008–Present
"Advice given to you as a student from someone who was in the exact same shoes as you, looking at you completely unbiased, is unparalleled." —Abigail David, GABELLI ’16, Student Mentee
