Jubilee 2017 will celebrate class years ending in 2 and 7, as well as all Golden Rams and all Marymount alumnae.

What does Jubilee cost?

Prices for Jubilee vary depending on date purchased and whether you're buying individual tickets or a weekend package.

Weekend packages are the best deal overall! For one set price you get access to every activity on campus as well as Friday and Saturday housing in the residence halls. If you purchase your weekend package by April 16, it's only $350 per person. Purchase before registration closes on May 19 and it's $450 per person. 

If you'd prefer to purchase individual tickets, please see the price list below. These prices are in effect until registration closes on May 19 - all ticket prices will be higher on-site.

Are children welcome at Jubilee?

Children are welcome to join us on campus for Saturday - especially at the Jubilee Picnic picnic from 12:30 - 2:30 p.m. where there will be games, face painting, and more! Other Saturday events which are good for families include taking the kids for a tour of the University Church's world-renowned pipe-organ, or buying tickets to head over to the Bronx Zoo for the afternoon. Please note that the evening events on Friday and Saturday are not appropriate for children.

What is the Welcome Center?

The Welcome Center is located in Bepler Commons, Faber Hall. Here you will receive all name badges, event tickets, event update information,  and your Jubilee gift. Visit the Fordham Fund table to make your Jubilee class gift!

The Welcome Center will be open from 1 - 8 p.m. on Friday and 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. on Saturday. 

Please be sure to pick up your event tickets and name badge before proceeding to the Friday night Cocktail parties, the Saturday afternoon Jubilee Picnic and Pub Party, and the Saturday night Gala. Please wear your name badge to all Jubilee events throughout the weekend.

If you did not pre-register, you may register on-site at the Welcome Center. Purchase tickets to any Jubilee event, receive your name badge, and pick up your Jubilee gift. Please note that all prices will be higher on-site.

When is the Welcome Center open?

The Welcome Center is open on Friday from 1 - 8 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. The Welcome Center will be closed on Sunday.

What is the Hospitality Suite?

Visit the Hospitality Suite hosted by the Fordham Fund in Loyola Hall by the Welcome Center for a drink before your activities! The Hospitality Suite is open from 1 - 6 p.m. on Friday and 2 - 6 p.m. on Saturday.

When will I receive my tickets?

You can pick up your tickets and name badge at the Welcome Center, open on Friday and Saturday.

The Welcome Center will be open from 1 - 8 p.m. on Friday, June 2 and from 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. on Saturday, June 3.

What do I do if I arrive to campus after the Welcome Center closes?

If you arrive after the Welcome Center closes and have reserved Housing in the campus residence halls, you will be able to pick up your housing keys in the O'Hare Residence Hall Office from a Residential Life staff member, located immediately inside the entrance to the residence hall.

How can I make my class gift?

It's not too late to make your reunion class gift to Fordham! All gifts made during your Jubilee year (from July 1, 2016 - June 30, 2017) count toward your class total. 

 Make your gift today at fordham.edu/onlinegiving or by visiting the Fordham Fund table in the Welcome Center.

Can I bring guests?

Yes! All guests are welcome. Just make sure to register each guest online or stop by the Welcome Center to purchase extra tickets.

How can I register for more events/purchase additional tickets after Registration closes?

Visit the Special Requests table in Welcome Center, located in Bepler Commons, Faber Hall to register for more events or purchase any additional tickets. Please note that all ticket prices are higher on-site.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Except as Fordham University may decide at its sole discretion, refunds:

  • Will not be given if the request for cancellation is received after May 26, 2017.
  • Will reflect a $25.00 cancellation fee. 

In addition, each change to an existing registration will incur a $10.00 processing fee.

Where can I park? Do I have to pay?

Available parking is located in the Fordham Regional Parking Facility and is free of charge for the weekend.

Ram Van/golf cart shuttles will run continuously around campus throughout the weekend. During Welcome Center hours, student staff will be available to assist in transporting luggage between the parking lot and the Welcome Center, as well as to your assigned residence hall.

There is no parking on campus walkways or roads.

Where can I check in for my on-campus housing?

Staying on campus during Jubilee? If so, please make your first stop the Housing Desk, located in front of O'Hare Hall. The Housing Desk will be open from 1 - 8 p .m. on Friday and 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. on Saturday.

Once you've secured your room keys, hop on a golf cart or walk across campus to the Welcome Center in Bepler Commons, Faber Hall.

If you did not pre-register for housing, please get your room assignment from the Housing Desk first, before coming to the Welcome Center where you will finalize the Jubilee Housing process.

Each room is equipped with single beds, pillows, blankets, linens, and towels. Personal items such as hair dyers, irons, and toiletries are not provided. Fordham will provide bedding; it is recommended to bring extra blankets in case of cool weather. On-campus rooms do not have telephones -- so don't forget your phone charger!

 If you are traveling with children, please note the limited room set-up so plan accordingly. We do not provide cribs or playpens.

There will be students staff to help you with your luggage at your assigned residence hall.

How do I check out of on-campus housing?

Please deposit your keys at the housing staff desk in the lobby of your residence hall by Sunday at 1 p.m. For all housing questions during Jubilee, please visit the Housing Desk outside of O'Hare Hall during its hours of operation.

I'm having a problem with my room. Who can I talk to?

If you are experiencing any issues with your room, please visit the Housing Desk located outside O'Hare Hall during its hours of operation.

What if I want to stay off-campus?

Where can I pick up my room keys?

If you have registered  to stay on campus for the weekend, your Housing reservation and keys will be available at the Housing Desk in front of O'Hare Hall, just across from the parking garage. Please note that the Housing Desk is separate from the Welcome Center.

The Housing Desk will open on Friday from 1 - 8 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.

How should I dress for Jubilee events?

Jubilee Weekend mainly calls for casual dress. Stop by the bookstore in O'Hare Hall to stock up on Fordham gear and save after picking up a 20% off coupon in the Welcome Center, or purchase your swag online June 3-5 using the online code "ALUMNI20"!

Cocktail attire is suggested for the Golden Rams Dinner Dance and the Jubilee Gala.

Casual cocktail is suggested for Class of 1992 Dinner. Jacket and tie suggested for men.

What should I pack?

Please note that staying on campus means reliving the full collegiate experience! Our residence halls do not offer amenities like hair dyers, irons, or toiletries, but we do provide bedding and towels. It is recommended that you pack extra blankets in case of cold weather.

Jubilee Weekend mainly calls for casual dress. Cocktail attire is suggested for the Golden Rams Dinner Dance and the Jubilee Gala. Business casual is suggested for Class of 1992 Dinner.

I'm a Saturday guest but not staying overnight. Where can I change?

Changing rooms will be available during Jubilee Weekend. The location and hours of the changing rooms will be announced at a later date. 

Towels will be provided and bathrooms are dormitory style. Belongings cannot be left in any of the rooms.

Is there a Lost and Found?

Please visit the Welcome Center, located in Bepler Commons, Faber Hall for any lost or found items.

I need to get off-campus during the Weekend. What can I do?

Ram Van will provide limited Sunday airport shuttle service to JFK and LaGuardia airports. Click here to sign up on-line. Reservations required, and the deadline to register is June 2, 2016.

For individual travel to or from JFK, LaGuardia, or Newark Airport, please call 1-800-AIR-RIDE.

For car service within the metropolitan area, private car service options include Dial 7 (212-777-7777) and Carmel (866-666-6666).

Where will the Ram Vans be running?

The Ram Van Office is located on the Ground Floor of the Fordham Regional Parking Garage. Ram Vans will operate on Friday, June 2 until midnight. Ram Vans will not operate between Rose Hill and Lincoln Center during Jubilee Weekend from Saturday, June 3 to Sunday, June. Vans do not travel off campus, nor deviate from their assigned route around campus. 

Ram Van golf carts will be shuttling around campus all weekend.

How do I get to campus?

Where is my Class Cocktail Party?

The locations for all class Cocktail parties will be announced on-site at Rose Hill. If you need more information on Jubilee Weekend, please see a staff member in the Welcome Center or check the Jubilee App for updates and locations announcements.

When and where is my class photo being taken?

Class photos will be taken on Saturday afternoon on the Campbell Terrace. Specific times for each class are listed below - please be prompt!

Please note that the Class of 1967 and Golden Ram photos will be taken Friday night at the Golden Rams Dinner and Dance.

Will the Lombardi Fitness and Ram Fit Center be open?

Yes! Visit the newly rennovated McGinley fitness facility, the Ram Fit Center. 

Play tennis, volleyball, or basketball; swim laps, or relax in the sauna. Towel service is provided, and you can bring your own locks for the Ram Fit storage. Please note that the pool is not open on Friday, and will close at noon on Sunday.

Will the campus bookstore be open?

 The Fordham bookstore will be open and is located in O'Hare Hall. Hours for the bookstore during Jubilee Weekend are:

Sunday,  ​10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

The pop-up Fordham bookstore will be in front of the McGinley Center on:

Alumni on campus for Jubilee Weekend will receive a 20% discount in the bookstore and online with a coupon from the Welcome Center.

What if I need disability access/special assistance?

Please be aware that most Fordham buildings are not wheelchair accessible. However, both the Ram Vans and golf carts will be available for guests in need of special assistance.

Where do I go if I need assistance?

Throughout Jubilee Weekend, there will be knowledgeable Jubilee staff that can assist you in whatever inquiries you may have. All Jubilee staff will be easily identifiable by their Jubilee staff t-shirts and bright smiles! You can always visit the Welcome Center located in Bepler Commons, Faber Hall if you have any questions or are in need of assistance.

Can I reserve tables/seats at Jubilee events?

There are no assigned seating plans at any Jubilee events. Tables are arranged by class, so there will be no problem for alumni to sit with old classmates and friends.

If I am a graduate of Marymount College, how do I register?

If you graduated from Marymount College, you can register on the Marymount Jubilee registration page.
