Can I bring my children to Jubilee?

Hours: Friday night: 6-10 p.m., Saturday afternoon: 2-5 p.m., Saturday night: 5-11 p.m.
In addition, there will be special activities for you and the kids to enjoy together during the Saturday afternoon Picnic from noon – 2 p.m. Join us on Martyr’s Lawn for games, face painting, and more!
How can I pay for events?
We accept checks, and MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit cards. Checks will be accepted in the Welcome Center with ID. Cash and credit cards will also be accepted in the Welcome Center. Please note that all ticket prices will be higher on-site.
What are the Jubilee registration deadlines?
The registration deadline is May 22. Keep in mind that if you purchase an Early Bird Weekend Package by April 19, you'll save 30 percent. On-site registrations are also accepted, however all event prices will be higher on-site. Register early and save!
What is the deadline for housing registration?
The housing deadline is May 22. We will do our best to honor all roommate requests and keep classes housed together. However, alumni who do not register before the deadline cannot be guaranteed housing and might not be placed with their class.
How do I register?
Registration will open in mid-March 2015. Registration packets will be mailed and you may return the form included in the packet or you will also be able to register online. Additionally, you may register upon arrival at the Welcome Center. Please note that all ticket prices will be higher on-site.
What if I haven't received my Registration Packet?
Once the forms are mailed out and you still have not received yours, we can send you a new one; just email us at email@example.com.
How do I know if my registration has been received and processed?
Upon receipt of a completed reservation form, you will receive an email confirmation of your reservation. If you do not indicate an email address on your reservation form, you will receive confirmation via mail.
I will require special assistance to stay in the residence halls, can you accommodate me?
We are more than happy to try to accommodate your needs. Please notify us of any special assistance needed when you register.
Can I make arrangements to stay over Thursday night as well?
Residence Hall rooms are only open on Friday and Saturday. If you need Thursday night accommodations, we have suggestions for hotels in Tarrytown and Manhattan listed below.

If I choose to stay on campus, which residence hall will I be staying in?
The Office of Residential Life has not yet determined which residence halls will be designated for Jubilee Weekend guests.
Where do I check in?
Due to upgrades to campus facilities, the Welcome Center has moved in 2015!
Upon your arrival to Rose Hill, please first stop at the housing desk, located in front of O'Hare Residence Hall, if you have reserved housing. Once you've secured your room keys, hop a golf cart or stroll across campus to the Welcome Center in Bepler Commons, Faber Hall. There you will receive a personalized folder with your tickets, event update information, and a special Jubilee souvenir, as well have the option to register for tours or pre-order your class photo!
The Welcome Center will be open from 2 - 8 p.m. on Friday, and 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. on Saturday.
Where do I get keys to my room?
If you have chosen to stay on campus for the weekend, your housing reservation and keys will be available at the housing desk located in front of O'Hare Residence Hall, just steps away from the parking garage. Please note that the housing desk is separate from the Welcome Center this year!
What should I bring?
On-campus housing provides linens, a blanket, a pillow, and towels. We strongly recommend that you bring hangers, alarm clocks, and all personal hygiene items. In addition, in case of inclement weather, we would suggest you bring extra blankets for warmth. On-campus rooms also do not have telephones.
Can I room with a classmate?
We will do our best to honor all roommate requests and keep classes housed together. However, alumni who do not register before the deadline cannot be guaranteed housing and might not be placed with their class.
Will there be housing available for children?
Children under the age of 12 are not charged for accommodations but must be registered. If preferred, children 13-17 may be housed in an adjacent room if needed. Please keep in mind the bare-bones nature of residence halls if you are bringing younger children and plan accordingly. We do not have any cribs or playpens available on campus.
How do I get to campus?

Where can I park?
Primary Jubilee parking is in the Fordham Parking Garage, free of charge. Ram Van shuttles will run continuously around campus throughout the weekend. During Welcome Center hours, student staff will be available to assist in transporting luggage between the parking lot and the Welcome center, as well as to your assigned residence hall. There is no parking on campus walkways or roads.
What transportation is available on campus?
Ram Vans will run golf carts throughout the weekend on a specific route to help transport guests and their luggage as well as aid any of our alumni and their guests who may need special assistance. Please note that Ram Vans are unable to supply car seats for children or infants. Ram Vans will not make trips between Rose Hill and Lincoln Center during Jubilee Weekend.
Where do I go if I need assistance?
Throughout Jubilee weekend, there will be knowledgeable Jubilee staff that can assist you in whatever inquiries you may have. All Jubilee staff will be easily identifiable by their Jubilee staff T-shirt and smile! There is also an information desk located in the Welcome Center in Bepler Commons, Faber Hall.
