Why should I claim my account and log in?

By claiming your account and logging into Forever Fordham, you get access to a set of features that have previously not been available online to our alumni.

To use these features, we need to be able to identify and verify who you are. Doing so protects you and other members by removing the ability to post items or to contact fellow users anonymously.

How can I volunteer to interview Fordham applicants in my area?

If I want to audit a class, who do I contact and how much does it cost?

Prices differ among schools and classes. Alumni must contact the dean of the school in which they are interested in taking a class. For a list of schools, please visit fordham.edu/academics.

The names of recently deceased alumni and other members of the Fordham family are published in the "In Memoriam" section of FORDHAM magazine. And every November, the Office of Alumni Relations organizes a special Memorial Mass at the Blessed Rupert Mayer, S.J., Chapel on the Lincoln Center campus to remember deceased alumni and other members of the Fordham family.

I'm doing a family tree. Do you have information on my great-grandparent who went to Fordham?

What information do I need to claim my account and log into Forever Fordham?

In order to claim your account you will need your AccessIT ID, your one-time password* that was recently mailed to you, your college, degree, and year of graduation. If you did not receive this information, click here.

If you need further assistance, please call IT Customer Care at 718-817-3999.

*If you did not receive a one-time use password, and have previously claimed your account as a student or through FordhamCircle, all you need to do is log in using your AccessIT ID and password.

What if I am unable to claim my account?

If you are experiencing problems claiming your AccessIT ID, IT Customer Care will assist you in validating your personal information and take the proper steps to find a solution.

My Information

Where does my data come from?

Information found in Forever Fordham comes from the Fordham University database. Updates to the data come from alumni/ae through updating information in the Forever Fordham directory, from other alumni/ae contact, and from various sources throughout the University. The data is securely maintained.

How do I update my contact information?

Update Your Information

To access the "Update My Information" page in Forever Fordham you must be logged in.

Click edit on any section of your profile to update that information. Make sure to save your changes.

Please note: any edits made to your information can take up to 48 hours to update within our system.

Can I change or customize my visible profile?

Yes. Once you have claimed your account and logged into Forever Fordham, you will have the option to change what information is visible to others.

You can see what information is visible to others by visiting your profile and clicking the "Community Profile" button on the top of the page.

To change what others can see, click edit on your profile and use the toggle to select which fields are visible to other members of the Forever Fordham Community.

Data security

Alumni security and privacy are a fundamental priority for Fordham. iModules, based in the United States, has considerable experience in data management and commitment to high standards of security and privacy. The online solution is password protected and well secured.

Who controls the data and who sees it?

The alumni directory within Forever Fordham defaults so that other users can view your first name, last name, city, state, business city and state, employer, job title, occupation, school, and year. You could choose to display more or less information.

To change the default settings, visit your profile and click the edit button next to each section. Use the toggle to select which fields are visible to other members of the Forever Fordham Community.

An alumnus can email you through the system, but your email address will not appear to the user unless you have set this to show.

Services for Alumni

Does Fordham offer additional career counseling services, in addition to Career Continuance?

Yes. The Office of Alumni Relations offers alumni career workshops, led by external professional career advisers. Please continue to check the alumni magazine and e-communications for upcoming sessions held at Rose Hill, Lincoln Center, and Westchester campuses.

Fordham also offers alumni one-on-one services for career development, transition and job search assistance.

How can I obtain a Fordham Alumni Card (Ram Pass)?

You may apply online, call the Office of Alumni Relations at 212-636-6520, or email us at alumnioffice@fordham.edu. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for delivery.

Does Fordham offer Internet access?

Currently Fordham does not offer Internet access.

Does Fordham offer alumni email?

Yes, Fordham is happy to announce that we now offer lifetime email to our graduates.

Does Fordham offer insurance to alumni?

Can alumni park at the Rose Hill Campus?

  • Yes. Parking is $11 per day, a booklet of 30 parking passes is $180.
  • An unlimited parking pass is $560 beginning in August (valid from August to August). Should parking passes be purchased after the August start, passes will be prorated.

Can I use/join the Rose Hill Gym?

Yes. There is a fee to use the Rose Hill gym of $8 per day or $375 per year. This fee includes access to the pool and is subject to change.

Can I use/join the Lincoln Center Gym?

Due to space constraints, access to the Lincoln Center gym is only available to students.

Our group is having an event. How can we reserve a conference room or class room on campus?

Please call Conference Services at 212-636-7900 (Lincoln Center) and 718-817-4340 (Rose Hill).

Can I have my wedding at the University Church?

Yes. Fordham University is pleased to offer current faculty, staff, students, and alumni the use of the University Church for Catholic sacramental marriages. The Office of Campus Ministry provides scheduling, music coordination, and guidance in completing the necessary paperwork required by the Archdiocese of New York and Our Lady of Mercy Church, the parish to which Fordham belongs. Weddings at Fordham are staffed by trained student wedding coordinators and a sacristan for the day of the wedding and for the rehearsal.

Weddings at the Fordham University Church are scheduled through the secretary and/or wedding coordinator within the Campus Ministry office. Please note that the availability of the church is subject to the University's calendar, its closures, and special events. Most weddings are scheduled a year in advance, but dates are often available with shorter notice as well. The Campus Ministry staff will be happy to help you determine the best date and time for your special day.

Can I have my wedding photos taken at the Rose Hill Campus?

As an alumnus/a, may I use the Fordham library system?

Yes. However, alumni borrowing privileges at the Quinn and Walsh libraries require that a $100 annual fee be paid at the circulation desk. Reading privileges are free for alumni with a Ram Pass I.D. card (complimentary I.D. card provided by the Office of Alumni Relations).

The Law library does not loan out books to individual alumni, but if an alumnus/a belongs to a law firm he/she may submit a request on their firm's letterhead to the Law library.

Can alumni access the online library from home or work?

Not at this time, however, you can use the online library at the University libraries.

Can I get another copy of my yearbook?

Please contact the Maroon Office at 718-817-4369 to determine if a yearbook is available for your year (they go back as far as the 1960s). Cost varies depending on the year of the book.
